Who Drew This?

At the 2011 Mid Ohio Con, somebody drew this Loki for me and I cannot remember who it was, nor can I make out the name in the signature. and too I foolishly threw out the program guide and can't find a digital one online. So I am calling out for help.

I do remember that he was sharing a table with another man and a woman and someone one of them had what looked like penciled Thor covers on display. and the man who drew this was also blond if that helps out at all
